목자와 목장의 세가지 단계

목장을 성공적으로 잘 운영하려면 어떤 것이 필요한지 살펴 보겠습니다.

첫째, 기술자 인격 (영혼 구원의 열정)

기술자 인격은 목자가 영혼 구원의 열정을 가지고 혼자 목장을 운영하는 것을 말합니다. 헌신적으로 VIP를 찾아다니며 만나고, 양육도 하고, 목장 모임을 준비하며, 식사도 준비합니다. 목장 식구가 있어도 “그냥 내가 하지 뭐!”라고 생각하며 여전히 혼자 하는 경우가 많습니다.

이 단계에 머물러 있다면 목자가 지칠 가능성이 큽니다. 더 중요한 것은 목장이 유기적인 공동체로 성장하기 힘들다는 것입니다. 결국에는 VIP들이 정착하지 못합니다. 

둘째, 관리자 인격 (동역자를 통한 공동체 세우기)

관리자 인격은 목장 식구들을 동역자로 삼아 함께 하는 것을 말합니다. 목장 식구들이 함께 목장의 VIP를 마음에 품고 목장에 데려오도록 동기를 부여해주고 도전을 줍니다. 목장 사역도 모두가 동참하도록 은사별로 사역을 분담하여 함께 세워가며 영적 가족 공동체를 이루어 갑니다. 

또 목장 식구들을 동역자로 세웁니다. 가정교회를 이해하지 못하고 불평을 하는 목장 식구들을 사랑으로 품고 관계를 쌓아가며 목장의 동역자로 세워갑니다. 목장이 이렇게 되면, VIP가 목장에 지속적으로 머물 확률이 높아지게 됩니다.

셋째, 기업가 인격 (하나님 나라의 비전)

기업가 인격은 내 목장에만 집중하는 것이 아니라 교회 공동체의 큰 그림과 미래를 보고 비전을 공유하는 것을 말합니다. 목장이 함께 네트워크를 형성하고 연약한 목장들을 세워주려고 노력합니다. 다른 목자들이 지치지 않도록 동기를 부여해주면서 선한 영향을 줍니다. 

목자님들은 위의 3가지 인격이 점차적으로 또는 복합적으로 모두 필요합니다. 목장 식구들도 이 세가지 인격을 이해하고 협력할 때 목장과 교회가 건강하게 성장할 것입니다.

The Three Stages of the MokJa and the MokJang

Let's take a look at what it takes to run a successful MokJang.

First, technical personality (passion for the salvation)

The technician personality refers to the MokJa who runs the MokJang alone with a passion for saving souls. He/she devotes himself to finding and meeting VIPs, raising them, preparing MokJang meetings, and preparing meals. Even if there are MokJang family members, he/she often thinks, “I’ll just do it myself!” and still does it alone.

If you stay at this stage, there is a high chance that the MokJa will get tired. More importantly, it will be difficult for the MokJang to grow into an organic community. Ultimately, the VIPs will not settle down.

Second, manager personality (building a community with co-workers)

The manager personality means working together with the MokJang family as co-workers. She motivates and challenges the MokJang family to bring VIPs to the MokJang with their hearts. The MokJang ministry is also divided into ministries by talent so that everyone can participate, and they build it together to form a spiritual family community.She also establishes the MokJang members as co-workers. She loves and builds relationships with MokJang members who do not understand the house church and complain, and establish them as co-workers of the MokJang. If the MokJang becomes like this, the probability that VIPs will continue to stay in the MokJang increases.

Third, Entrepreneurial Personality (Vision of the Kingdom of God)

Entrepreneurial personality means not only focusing on her own MokJang, but also seeing the big picture and future of the church community and sharing the vision. MokJangs work together to network and build up weaker MokJangs. She motivates other MokJas so they don't get tired and have a positive influence.

MokJas need all three of the above personalities gradually or in combination. When MokJang members understand these three personalities and help, MokJangs and the church will grow healthily.
