가정교회 모임 안내
가정교회는 성경적인 교회를 추구하는 교회입니다. 반면 요새 교회들이 성경적인 교회의 모습에서 멀어진 것이 사실입니다. 그래서 가정교회를 하는 것이 쉽지 않습니다.
감사하게도 가정교회에서는 세미나와 컨퍼런스를 통해서 많은 교육을 하고 있습니다. 주최 교회들은 다른 교회를 섬기는 것이지만 등록비를 받지 않거나 비용 이하로 받습니다.
목회자를 위한 모임은 목회자 세미나와 목회자 컨퍼런스가 있는데 우리교회 목회자들은 이미 내용을 알고 있어서 여기에 쓰지 않고 평신도를 위한 모임에 대해서만 씁니다.
1. 평신도 세미나: 가정교회에 관심이 있는 평신도가 참석합니다. 의무 사항은 아니지만 생명의 삶을 수강했거나 수강하고 있는 사람이 갑니다. 우리 교회는 주로 가까운 토론토 목민교회에서 주최하는 세미나에 갑니다. 올해는 5/9(금)-11(주)에 열립니다. 참가비는 무료 (먼저 100불을 내고 끝나면 돌려줍니다). 3/1 오전 9시에 등록이 시작됩니다. 영어권 평신도 세미나도 있는데, 10/3-5일에 미국 휴스턴 NLF에서 열립니다.
2. 목자 컨퍼런스: 목자/목녀들이 참석해서 재충전과 도전을 받고 목장 인도에 대해서 교육을 받는 시간입니다. 영어권은 미국 휴스턴 NLF에서 6월에, 한어권은 미국 휴스턴 서울교회에서 7/10-12에 열립니다. 등록비는 미화 200-300불 정도입니다.
3. NewGen Conference: 어린이 목자와 청소년 목자, 그리고 사역자들이 참석합니다. 가장교회의 어린 사역자들이 소명을 재확인하고 믿음을 재충전하고 도전받는 시간입니다. 올해는 미국 LA에서 7/21-24에 열립니다. 등록비는 미화 300불입니다. 3/2 9am에 등록이 시작됩니다.
4. 사역자 세미나. 뉴젠사역자를 위한 세미나입니다. 주로 휴스턴 서울교회나 올란도 비전교회에서 열리는 평신도 세미나와 함께 열립니다. 참가비는 무료입니다.
5. 영어권 수련회: 이것은 보스턴 근처에 있는 내슈아 한마음교회에서 열리는 영어권 수련회입니다. 우리가 생각하는 수련회를 영어로 한다고 보면 됩니다. 주로 청소년 이상이 참석합니다. 올해는 6/6-8에 열리는데 강사로 휴스턴 NLF의 신동일 목사님이 오십니다.
많은 분들이 참석해서 가정교회에 대해서 배우고 많은 복을 누리시기 바랍니다.
House Church Meeting Guide
A house church is a church that pursues a biblical church. On the other hand, it is true that churches these days have moved away from the biblical church. That is why it is not easy to do a house church.
Thankfully, house churches provide a lot of education through seminars and conferences. Host churches, while serving other churches, do not charge a registration fee or charge less than the cost.
There are meetings for pastors, such as pastor seminars and pastor conferences, but our church pastors already know the content, so I will not write about them here, and only write about meetings for laypeople.
1. Lay Seminar: Lay people who are interested in the house church can attend. It is not mandatory, but those who have taken or are taking the Living Life course can attend. Our church usually goes to the seminar hosted by the nearby Toronto Mokmin Church. This year, it is held on Friday, May 9-Sunday, May 11. There is no fee to attend (pay $100 in advance and it will be refunded at the end). Registration begins at 9:00 AM on March 1. There is also an English-speaking lay seminar, which is held on October 3-5 at the Houston NLF in the United States.
2. Shepherd Conference: This is a time for MokJa/MokNyo to recharge, be challenged, and receive education on leading the MokJang. The English-speaking conference will be held in June at the Houston NLF, USA, and the Korean-speaking conference will be held on July 10-12 at the Houston Seoul Church, USA. The registration fee is approximately $200-$300.
3. NewGen Conference: Children's shepherds, youth shepherds, and ministers will attend. It is a time for young ministers of the church to reaffirm their calling, recharge their faith, and be challenged. This year, it will be held in LA, USA, on 7/21-24. The registration fee is 300 USD. Registration begins at 9am on 3/2.
4. Minister Seminar. This is a seminar for New Gen ministers. It is usually held in conjunction with the lay seminar held at Houston Seoul Church or Orlando Vision Church. There is no fee to attend.
5. English-speaking retreat: This is an English-speaking retreat held at the Nashua Hanmaum Church near Boston. You can think of it as a retreat held in English. It is mainly attended by youth and above. This year, it is held from 6/6-8, and Pastor Shin Dong-il of Houston NLF will be the speaker.
